Club Octogone Donates Mural To Hospital
The teens that belong to Club Octogone never cease to amaze us with their talents and thoughtfulness!
We surprised Volunteers Kathleen Poirier and Samantha Fortier as we captured them on camera. They were on site in the hospital Maternal Care Ward, quietly working behind the scenes creating a new mural for the Teen Room. The mural, an abstract of animal images, was also designed by the teens. Club Octogone and the Club Optimiste have pledge $8000 as well as their time and talent to update and equip this room. Teens taking care of teens! Their goal is to make hospital stays as pleasant as possible for patients and their families. We thank you!
