There are several ways to acknowledge someone special in your life through a donation to Cornwall Community Hospital Foundation. You can even send a card to let someone know you thought of them.
In Memory
Donors give In Memory on the passing of or in commemoration of a deceased loved one. This can be done by contacting the Foundation office directly or on-line. You can also request that gifts be donated to Cornwall Community Hospital Foundation in lieu of flowers at your loved one's viewing. Your funeral home can assist you to ensure your wishes are followed.
Special Occasion
A donation can be made to commemorate a special occasion such as a birth, birthday, anniversary, graduation, wedding, Christmas or other important event . This can be a very special way to honour friends and family.
In Honour
Perhaps a recent hospital experience was made a little easier because of the special attention someone gave to your needs. You can show your gratitude to an individual, a doctor or healthcare provider with a donation in their name.
